Loved the Peerless Hotel and will happily recommend it to any friends coming to Ashland.
Positive: Great location, totally comfortable room, everything was perfect about the place and the instructions were great!
I've come to Ashland 12 or more times in the last 20 years and this is the best of all the places I've stayed. I'll be back!

A charming place to stay.
Positive: A lovely old hotel. Quiet and comfortable in a very cute neighborhood and just a short stroll from downtown. I'd definitely stay there again.

A hotel I’d return to
The Peerless hotel is a pleasant and comfortable place to be. We enjoyed the common sitting room as much as our room. The bed is comfortable and the air conditioning is quiet and efficient.
There is about a 12 minute walk to the theatres, but the surrounding area is also interesting with a variety of shops and eateries.
