Lovely, beautifully renovated historic hotel on the edge of downtown Ashland,
Positive: Lovely, tastefully decorated renovated historic building with elegant lobby and rooms filled with fun antiques. Very comfortable bed, large, clean and well maintained room with high ceilings. Coffee and tea in lobby in the morning.
Negative: Our friends’ room was on the second floor, and there was an engine noise above their room, possibly from the air conditioning, that was disruptive.
Locations was OK, as long as you’re able to comfortably walk about half a mile to the theater.

Wonderful stay in a beautiful historic hotel with easy access to everything.
Positive: We’ve stayed here multiple times under prior ownership. Lovely restored historic hotel. Easy to get in with our codes. Comfortable bed and chairs. Great tub. Easy walk to restaurants and to the OSF. Ashland is friendly, safe, calm, with lots to do.
Negative: I miss the friendly original owner and his welcome. But it’s a new corporate world.

A delightfully memorable night!
Positive: The atmosphere was a wonderful surprise! Decor suiting the early 1900s was interesting & fun. Our junior suite had plenty of room & a great tub. All was clean & comfy. We liked the shared dining room where coffee was available & we were able to play cards. A great stay!
Negative: Nothing, really. No problems.

A bit eerie to have no staff on site but they were responsive when needed. Lovely old place.
Positive: Nice back room with coffee/tea/water and sitting area, and outdoor space. Lots of lovely antiques and history. Comfortable (if too high) bed.

Go back in time to historic charm and luxury
Positive: Every historic detail and furnishing was wonderful! Even down to the old fashioned light switches. The bed was heavenly!
Negative: Just wish I could have stayed longer!
