The Peerless is peerless. Positive: Perfect location to walk everywhere, including OSF. Peerless restaurant has excellent happy hour and dining menu. We also enjoyed nearby Nobel Coffee and La Boulanger .The communal sitting /dining area in the hotel is super comfortable. Negative: Cheapest toilet paper ever. Tacky tacky tacky. It was better at the gas station. It also might be nice to have somewhere we can empty our own trash daily.

Charming get away in the heart of Ashland. Positive: Loved the care and attention put into preserving this historic building. A new and very comfortable bed, gorgeous decor and luxurious jacuzzi were perfect after a long day of road tripping. Hannah gave us good dining suggestions and the neighborhood is charming and walkable, with a popular local coffee shop two doors down. We will definitely stay here again. Negative: Everything was great!

Super Cozy. Antique Vibe. Great Location. Positive: The Peerless Hotel was a lovely hotel with an updated antique vibe. Super cozy, comfortable bed. We really enjoyed our stay. Located in the heart of Ashland, it was an easy walk to our favorite restaurant Osteria Briccola. Negative: Parking was challenging, as there is only 3 spots in the back of the hotel. Loved everything else.

A special treat while enjoying all Ashland has to offer. Positive: The hotel is located in the historical area in Ashland. There is a community vibe in the area, not too quiet or too busy. You are in walking distance to restaurants and theaters in the downtown area. The hotel itself is beautiful. It has a lot of history and Victorian charm. We had a large jacuzzi tub in our room. The coffee room was very charming and comfortable. The garden area is gorgeous. Best hotel to relax in while enjoying your visit to Ashland.
