Charming stay in a historic building
Positive: Appreciated the communication prior to arrival. The building is really attractive. The room, though small, was well appointed.
Negative: Please consider swapping the powdered coffee creamer for liquid creamer. Small thing but powdered coffee creamer is gross.

Lovely, beautifully renovated historic hotel on the edge of downtown Ashland,
Positive: Lovely, tastefully decorated renovated historic building with elegant lobby and rooms filled with fun antiques. Very comfortable bed, large, clean and well maintained room with high ceilings. Coffee and tea in lobby in the morning.
Negative: Our friends’ room was on the second floor, and there was an engine noise above their room, possibly from the air conditioning, that was disruptive.
Locations was OK, as long as you’re able to comfortably walk about half a mile to the theater.

Positive: Lovely, well-decorated hotel, walking distance from downtown Ashland.
Negative: Stairs are a bit narrow and challenging

Positive: I loved the location to downtown. My son loved that it was close to the skate park. The nostalgia and history was super interesting. We learned something by looking around the lobby. The garden was so peaceful as well. I will definitley stay again!!

It was a comfortable, extraordinary, and across-the-board outstanding stay.
Positive: The moment you walk in, you feel like you're returning in time. The craftsmanship was fantastic, and the overall ambiance was specifically unique. In addition, the little complementary gifts, like chocolates and morning coffee, made the stay even more enjoyable!
Negative: I didn't find much that was wrong. When the air conditioning turned on, it made the room buzz, yet it felt like it added to the hotel's spookiness.
