The Peerless Hotel | Signature ADA Room #1 | Artist's Abode

we love the location and charm of the peerless hotel. we have stayed with you more than once and will consider doing so again in the future. on our recent stay however, there was no coffee in the lounge 2 out of 3 mornings. while we know there are small coffeemakers in the rooms; it is a treat to wake up to already brewed, fresh coffee. so that was disappointing. Two other suggestions… please provide your guests with creamer vs the powdered ick that is offered. not a big expense i imagine but greatly appreciated. And secondly, please provide kleenex in the guest rooms. we’ve never had to request these 2 commonly offered provisions. small items but big enough to make us question another stay.

Unexpectedly delightful, quirky, artsy restored hotel in a nice neighborhood

Stay inside art Positive: Walking through the front door you step back in time, greeted by a warm fire in the hearth, period photographs, beautiful walls and furniture. The rooms are works of art. Negative: Socialist AC with no individual control...the whole historic building is heated and cooled by one central HVAC. I like it cold at night, but there isn't any way for individualistic taste...

One of the best stays Ashland. Positive: Beautiful historic building with antiques and historic charm throughout. Negative: The only thing is that my room didn’t have air conditioning, it wasn’t a big deal as it wasn’t too hot outside, but would’ve liked to have it.
