Almost perfect! Celebrated our wedding anniversary and had an amazing dinner at the Peerless Restaurant next door. Positive: The location and the historic character of the building itself. Negative: We chose a first floor room, so our bad, but looked out on an alley with trash cans and utility boxes.

Midweek getaway to enjoy the dining in Ashland. Positive: Excellent location. Beautiful rooms. A really comfortable hotel to visit. Clean and well cared for. Negative: Neighborhood garbage pickup on Thursday began at 4:30 AM.

Excellent hotel!!!

Easily one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at! The whole experience from walking into the building to entering the room is like walking through art! The price was also great and the location made downtown Ashland walkable! 10/10 would stay here again!

Positive: The room was a great size. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable, we even took pictures of the pillows so we could buy the same ones for our home!

We loved our stay in every way, fun and beautiful hotel. Positive: Beautiful historic hotel with unique interior design. Great location, walking distance to so many places. Negative: The only possible negative is that sound from other rooms carried sometimes, but it is to be expected in an old historic hotel.
