Will definitely be back!
Positive: Sooo amazing! I loved all the history throughout the halls and in the lobby, The bath salts and bubbles for the jacuzzi tub smelled delicious, board games, and flawlessly cleaned.

Quiet, eerie
Positive: Cool period details combined with modern conveniences. Quiet. Fireplace going.
Negative: It was eerie with no staff to greet or communicate. The coffee was cold. I drink decaf and that wasn’t an option. View of the “hills” was essentially a view of the neighbors and electric or telephone lines with the hills in the background. No one mentioned there would be steep stairs to lug my luggage up.

My Favorite Hotel in Oregon
Actually this might be my favorite hotel ever?! Everything is just right at The Peerless Hotel and after my second stay I love it even more. Gorgeous historic building with all the mod-cons, spacious, comfy rooms in a perfect location. I love the neighborhood vibe, quiet but great dining, drinks and coffee a stone's throw away. A very short, enjoyable stroll to downtown Ashland. Just perfect.

SPECIAL is the word that instantly comes to mind when describing our stay at the Peerless hotel. I can’t wait I’ll our
Positive: SPECIAL & LOVED. Those are the words I’d use to describe not only our accommodations but also the entire property. Everything was done to bring the property to life and show the property in its authentic state, which I’d use the first 2 words mentioned as the best way to describe it. It felt like a home you don’t want to leave but also one you always want to go back to. We are already planning our next trip back.
Negative: We enjoyed everything about our stay. The entire hotel had character and charm and the location was walkable to everything we wanted. We met the manager and could see the reason everything was so well taken care of and special. There was nothing we didn’t like.

Perfect little hotel
We stayed in the Honeymoon Suite at the Peerless Hotel and it was perfect. The room was beautifully decorated and both roomy and cozy. The jacuzzi bath was lovely. There's a wonderful coffee shop right next door, a delicious Mexican cafe just around the corner, and the Railroad District where the hotel is located is so cute and just blocks away from all the Ashland downtown goodness. The hosts were responsive and helpful and we would definitely stay there again. The only thing I would note is that the staircase is quite narrow, so the upstairs rooms might not be ideal for those with mobility issues or very large suitcases.
