amazing stay! every room was comfy and clean - plenty of space for larger parties while offering the comfort of your own Positive: spacious and comfortable rooms Negative: the only thing i can think is they didnt have a surplus of pencils when we needed something to write with for our game! totally reasonable however hahaha

A nice open concept kitchen dining living room to hangout with family. Positive: Loved the living room area. It’s why we booked. We wanted to bring family together to have an early Thanksgiving. It was a nice open concept which allowed for cooking and playing games while hanging out with family. Negative: Those stairs.

We had a great stay, and the property managers were quickly able to resolve our only issue (an accidentally locked door) Positive: The house was very well appointed, with comfortable seating in living room and wonderful King-sized beds. Great layout for 3 friends or 3 couples. Kitchen well stocked with glassware, dishes, pots and pans. The property managers were super! Negative: The house is in easy walking distance for the fit, but two of our group would have preferred closer proximity to the Shakespeare Festival.

We had a GREAT visit to Ashland and would recommend The Mountain House to others and stay again, Positive: Our host was very helpful. The house was easy to access, clean, fully equiped with everything we needed, and furnished very well. Very comfortable for the time we had available to be at the house. We would absolutely choose this house again! There wasn't much for us to do when checking out -- appreciated that! Negative: Honestly, can't think of anything. Larger recycle recepticle, list the fact that you furnish hair dryers -- I looked on the list of things provided but didn't find it -- brought my own -- didn't need to.

Comfy and perfect for a girls weekend Positive: The couch was so comfy and easily fit three lounging ladies and their snacks. The beds were as promised, the kitchen is spacious and well stocked for a rental. The location is great, potentially walking distance from everything if you’re not lazy like me :) Negative: The internet TV was so slow and wonky I did get frustrated! The blinds are thin, a lot of light early in the bedrooms, but we still slept well.
