Love it! We want to come back!
Positive: Beautiful and interesting property! I love details and there were so many interesting notes about this gem. The choices in decor were really fun and the beds were sooooo comfy. At first I thought…oh oh, too soft. But both my dad and I passed out and slept so well. It was also nice to have separate bedrooms. I am so sad we didn’t have enough time to try out the amazing soaking tub :( Whoever stays here next HAS to use the tub. There are some stairs to get up to the door which was a lot for heavy luggage and a dad who isn’t too stable on his feet, but we didn’t care. It was worth it. Location was also great. Lots of practical things provided for you in the really cool kitchen. I hope we get to stay here a bit longer in the future.
Negative: Nothing to dislike. I asked ahead of time so we knew we’d be trekking up some stairs. So, nope…nothing to dislike!

We loved our Ashland stay at the Barclay Klum house. The historic home is so inspiring and comfortable with so much space inside and out. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was Devine. This home allowed me to actually enjoy cooking away from home. Ha!

We had a wonderful, weeklong stay and would come back again!
Positive: The history is cool, the color is beautiful and the kitchen was amazing! My favorite part was the abundance of deer in the area

Lovely stay in a nicely restored historic home. We were very comfortable and the location is great in central Ashland.
