Lovely stay in a nicely restored historic home. We were very comfortable and the location is great in central Ashland.

Fantastic place to stay!! Positive: This place is epic... one of my faves - so beautiful, well priced, spacious, stylish, comfy. It's a home away from home for sure... have stayed here twice and would do so again in a heartbeat. Negative: Nothing really - it's amazing.

This property is a gem. The Queen Anne has been lovingly restored to the point of sparkling. It’s a great place to drink wine and stargaze, relax after a day of exploring, or just relax with a jigsaw puzzle. The house is spacious and private. Just far enough for a long walk into town and close enough to pop in to the RoCo Coffee house just down the road.

Superb lodging in a restored Victorian just a short walk to the Railroad District and downtown; close to restos, shopping, bars and the theatres. Large and airy 2 bedroom with vaulted ceilings and plenty of living space, a terrific kitchen and an amazing bathroom with soaking tub and separate shower. Off street parking a plus. Two outdoor seating areas to relax in. Will def stay again when next in Ashland.

Highly recommend staying here, easy access to the plays, very comfortable and fun! Positive: Beautifully decorated, spacious and elegant, had everything needed, very clean. Negative: Was not aware that it was a second story walk up. Otherwise, great property.
