Very comfortable accommodations! The house is super clean and the kitchen is well stocked with a deluxe appliances. Living room/dining room area is spacious and comfy. Location is convenient- just a few minutes by car from the heart of Ashland and the theaters.

We had a wonderful relaxing stay at Barclay Klum - the soaking tub and walk-in shower were a highlight, as well as the large, well-equipped kitchen. Easy for walking into town.

We were in Ashland for work and the Barclay Klum house worked out very well. We were able to make our own breakfasts in the well stocked kitchen. The living and dining rooms provided comfortable space for planning our work. The bathtub and front porch made the work trip feel like a vacation and we enjoyed several walks around the area. We both found our beds comfortable and slept well.

Truly lovely experience. Positive: The house was a very comfortable place to stay. The kitchen is a wonderful place to prepare meals in (the oven’s instructions are in a drawer in the center island) the dining area is an excellent place for a meal. As much as I appreciate the many great restaurants in Ashland, being able to cook in and dine at home was a welcome and affordable option. Sometimes you just want to stay in and the Barclay Klum House makes it an enjoyable option. Also the beds were comfortable and the bathroom was nicely appointed. Negative: It could use more reading lights and reading chairs
