Hanna's House | Steps to OSF!

The property was perfect for our 4-day visit to Ashland. The property was equipped with everything we needed. Sheets, towels and pillows were all deluxe. The kitchen was well appointed. Im a stickler for cleanliness and this place was great. A/C kept us comfortable during the heat wave. We were walking distance from theaters, great restaurants and an electric bike rental. I would return in a heartbeat. The owner clearly invested a lot of love in this charming property!

This is our second stay at Hanna's House in Ashland. Valerie lives near Portland and I live in Napa, so it's about the same drive for both of us. We love this place! Perfect location for walking downtown, co-op market, plenty of eateries, retail, and everything in between. The house has a roomy, well-stocked kitchen, ample bedroom storage, and a spacious bathroom. Our host, Sara, is usually nearby for any questions or to enjoy a chit chat with her. It's perfect!

I have been traveling to Ashland for 44 consecutive years and usually stay at a local hotel. I am so pleased to have found this property. It is more than ideal for my purposes. A beautifully appointed new kitchen with all the kitchen utensils you may have at home. A full sized refrigerator and stove and a kitchen table with 4 chairs as well. Its location is within a short walk to theaters (OSF), restaurants and grocery stores. The property was plenty spacious for my needs (larger than most hotel suites) it also included a private garden area to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning and free use of washer and dryer. I will definitely be staying here again!

Hanna’s Place is a hidden gem in the heart of Ashland. Positive: Hanna’s House is charming, clean, quiet, and walking distance to downtown Ashland and the Shakespeare Festival. Sarah is a wonderful host and provided every amenity we could have wished for, and we were only sorry we couldn’t stay longer. Loved this place!
