Grandview of Ashland | Hot tub | Sauna | Fire Pit

What a beautiful relaxing place to stay and enjoy the sights in Ashland in the winter. Our family really had a beautiful time together. We had a great time for the last four nights and appreciated the communication and attention from Hannah! I will definitely be back. I bet summer is just as amazing. Thanks Hannah!

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful house! The entire property is impressive. We watched deer, turkeys, birds, even an owl. The kitchen is well-appointed, the beds super comfy, the bathrooms with heated toilets & floor spoiled us in the best way. We took full advantage of the expansive back yard with plenty of seating, hot tub, & deck fire pit … all of it was glorious! There’s even a sauna but we didn’t use it during this visit because we wanted to take advantage of the 360 degree mountain views. It was the perfect location for a 3 generation family Thanksgiving. We have stayed at many, many rentals in Ashland over the years since our daughter is a student at SOU & this is *by far* my favorite! Also, Hannah was so kind & was very easy to communicate with. Can’t wait to return sometime in the near future.

We would tell friends and stay again! Positive: Loved the amazing interior with sourced wood found internationally— it was clean comfortable elegant and wonderful. Accents with stone and hi end appliances made our overall experience incredible, hot tub and wrap around deck with great seating options, outstanding views, manicured garden— all perfect! Grandview is gorgeous and private within a short but tricky drive to OSF Positive: This property is in a gorgeous location on a quiet hillside with panoramic views of the valley and surrounding hills. The windows and decks are designed to take in the beauty of the local landscape and to enjoy the passing wildlife; birds, raccoons, turkeys, deer and jackrabbits. The house is very private and beautifully built with exotic wood everywhere. The furnishings were high quality with many special touches. The kitchen was well equipped and we enjoyed "eating in" during our stay. Negative: We visited the house with friends and they appreciated the expansive master bedroom and bath on the second floor which afforded the best views. Our smaller bedroom and bath on the lower level was much simpler though the flooring and fixtures were elegant. The trip to town took us on a narrow curvey country road that demanded careful driving and the gorgeous rock steps to the entry required similar caution especially in the dark. We received quick service on a request to clean the hot tub but we later noticed the outdoor grill needed maintenance.

This is a very unique and special home and property. We will be back! Positive: Beautiful location - love the oak trees, manzanita and the beautiful landscaping. The home is absolutely stunning. Such gorgeous wood floors and fixtures. The furniture was comfortable, clean and well chosen for the home. Negative: Nothing
