Savage Upon Siskiyou | Prime OSF Location

The house was pretty close to perfect. About a 15-minute walk to OSF, so we didn't have to worry about parking. It's adorable and quaint, but modern where it counts. Comfy beds, soft pillows, everything nice and clean. The kitchen was well-stocked, the water pressure in the showers was excellent, and there was plenty of space for our family of five to spread out. Our three kids were relieved to each have their own rooms. The washer and dryer are huge and work great--this is a perfect place to stay midway through a long road trip with a big family. Land here when you're all out of clean clothes and you'll be all set. The only oversight was that there was no laundry basket; it would have been nice to have one. Actually it would also have been nice if there were a folding shopping cart, because Safeway is literally 3 houses down. It feels weird to drive, but it sucks carrying home groceries for 5 people on foot. We made it work, but a little rollie cart would have been awesome. This was our first year going to OSF, but I hope we can make it an annual pilgrimage. We would definitely stay at Savage Upon Siskiyou again.

A magical home filled with details from a beautiful era where time slows and wonder delights. Plenty of space for our group of family and friends. Walking in the area to theater, library, restaurants and shops, is a joy and the convenience of a grocery store steps away and free charging for our electric vehicle is an unexpected and welcomed bonus.
